Ageratum - Artist Alto Blue

The Ageratum Artist Alto Blue, 'Ageratum hybrid', has beautiful true blue blooms. This Proven Winner plant is able to renew itself continuously throughout the season by over-growing old blooms with fresh colorful new blooms. It is also exceptionally heat tolerant. The Alto Blue has a open habit and will add texture and mid-height interest in large containers or landscapes. They produce radiant clusters of fuzzy flowers, early and on even compact plants. They flower May through October and are a low maintainence plant. Ageratum are great for borders, containers, and rock gardens.For zones 9-11, this plant can also be a perennial.
